Our Global Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy clearly defines the responsibilities, core behaviors, and standards expected from both our leaders and employees. This policy forms the foundation of our long-term strategy and enables us to create a safer, more aware, and stronger work environment.

Focus Areas of Our Strategy

Supply Chain Safety

We aim to build a world-class health and safety culture across our supply chain and embed this approach into all our ways of working. This scope includes our supply and technical centers, commercial and visitor centers, field contractors, as well as office-based and remote-working employees.

Process Safety

By strengthening our process safety culture and work practices, we aim to eliminate the risks of major incidents. Our Global Process Safety Policy defines the key responsibilities and requirements in this area.

Prevention of Serious and Fatal Risks

Through our updated prevention program and Life-Saving Rules, we aim to reduce the risks of serious and fatal incidents.

Zero Harm at Work

We remain committed to reducing all health and safety incidents — including slips, trips, falls, and manual handling accidents — to zero.

Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing

One of the key pillars of our health and safety strategy is capacity building and knowledge sharing across the business. Through our global learning platform, My Learning Hub, employees can easily access the most relevant health and safety information or seek guidance from our Global Health and Safety team.
