Graduate Programme

Yeni Bir Hayat Internship Programme offers university students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different locations in Türkiye. Through our recruitment process, which takes place twice a year, we ensure equal opportunity and provide placements both online and on-site in our production and commercial areas.

Our interns can take on responsibilities in a wide range of departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Corporate Communications & Corporate Relations and Legal.

Through this journey, young talents gain first-hand exposure to the fast-moving consumer goods sector, take on real responsibilities and have the chance to develop a variety of skills at the very beginning of their careers.

Eligibility criteria:

  • A recent university graduate with up to 0–2 years of work experience
  • Professional fluency in both English and Turkish (spoken and written)
  • Legal right to work in Türkiye
  • A valid driving licence, if required for the role (Sales & Distribution)

Graduate Programme

Through the Diageo Türkiye Global Graduate Programme, we welcome recent graduates with up to 0–2 years of experience into our organisation and prepare them for future leadership roles. While gaining real work experience in a truly global environment, they will also benefit from a specially designed development programme, mentoring support, cross-functional rotations and on-the-job learning opportunities.

Each year, we open graduate roles in different functions depending on our business needs. This way, our young talents not only build a strong foundation for their careers, but also experience Diageo's culture, diversity and innovative spirit first-hand.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Currently a 3rd or 4th year university student
  • Availability to work at least 3 full days per week, or full-time during the internship period
  • Professional fluency in both English and Turkish (spoken and written)
  • Legal right to work in Türkiye

Our Application Process

We have designed our process to be simple and transparent. Step by step, you will know what to expect and how to prepare. Remember: the most important thing that sets you apart is sharing your story as it really is. Be clear about your passions, your goals and your motivation when completing your application. Please note that programmes may close once capacity is reached, so we encourage you not to delay your application.

01.

Application and Pre-screening

When you decide which programme you would like to apply for, you will complete a short form and answer a few basic questions. At this stage, we check your eligibility for the programme.

02.

Gamification Assessment

This stage takes around 30 minutes and can be completed on your computer or phone. You will play 12 short games that assess your natural strengths. At the end, you will receive a personalised report showing your key strengths and areas for growth. This report is valuable for your own development too.

No preparation is needed – the best results come when you simply bring your authentic self.

Video Interview

Through HireVue, you will take part in a video interview that lasts around 30 minutes. The questions are designed to help us understand your motivations and why you want to be part of Diageo.

What matters most is that you communicate your passion and the "why" behind your thinking clearly.

04.

Assessment / Interview Stage

  • Graduate Programme: You will take part in a virtual case study with managers from different functions and HR, designed to assess your capabilities.
  • Yeni Bir Hayat Internship Programme: There is no case study. The process continues with a competency-based interview.
