NorthFind Management CEO and author Jonathon Karelse attended the awards ceremony as a guest speaker, delivering an inspiring presentation titled “The Art and Science of Decision-Making in Supply Chain.” In his presentation, Karelse focused on both the analytical and human aspects of Supply Chain management, elaborating in detail on how decision-making processes can be enriched not only through data-based analysis but also through experience, intuition, and foresight. Karelse emphasized: “Supply Chain management is one of the most strategic areas in business. Balancing scientific approaches with creative insights in decision-making processes is critically important for adapting to the changing market dynamics of today.”
Organized for the 10th time this year by Slimstock and the Logistics Association (LODER), the “Turkey’s Most Influential Supply Chain Professionals” awards ceremony once again brought together the industry's leading professionals. The opening speeches were delivered by Slimstock Turkey Country Manager Songül Sezer and LODER Chairperson Prof. Dr. Gülçin Büyüközkan.

“PROJECT OF THE YEAR” AWARD GOES TO KARSAN The ceremony also featured the presentation of the “Project of the Year” award. The winner was selected through the votes of the event attendees. The award went to Ahmet Özgür Doğan, Supply Chain Director at Karsan, for the “Autonomous Freight Transport Robot” project.
