

The Human-Centered Management Congress, organized for the 33rd time this year by PERYÖN (People Management Association of Turkey), brought together the business world and HR professionals under the main theme of "The Human Who Leaves a Trace." Held on October 14-15, 2025, at the Lütfi Kırdar Congress Center, the organization hosted nearly 100 speakers, 40 sessions, and over 1,500 participants.
The congress centered on the role of the "human" factor, strategic workforce planning, and future leadership models in a business world rapidly transformed by technology and Artificial Intelligence. It was emphasized that leadership in the age of AI is not just about giving direction, but about creating trust in uncertainty and building a bridge between technology and humans.
Among the inspiring speakers within the congress program, BAHAR UÇANLAR, GENERAL MANAGER OF DIAGEO TURKEY, shared the following insights on leadership and corporate culture:
