The Most Admired CHROs in the Human Resources Sector Receive the 'Golden Leader' Title with Votes from the Business World
The 4th edition of the Golden Leader Awards, considered one of the most prestigious leadership awards in the business world, will be held on January 13-16, 2024. The CHRO Award ceremony, part of the event, began in Istanbul with the Magical Gala Nights.
The Golden Leader Awards platform, launched by one of Turkey's leading meeting and event companies, KREA MICE, in 2021, has received tens of thousands of votes from across Turkey. This year, the Golden Leader Awards platform saw 79,564 unique votes and continues to grow each year, reaching wider audiences. The most admired 50 CEOs, 50 CFOs, 50 CMOs, and 50 CHROs of Turkey in 2024, as determined by votes from the business world, will receive their awards this week.
In an effort to create a more inclusive and technological awarding platform, the ‘Golden Leaders Award Platform’ for C-Level Leaders received 135% more candidate leader nominations in 2024 compared to the previous year.
This year, 862 CHROs (Chief Human Resources Officers), 859 CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers), 851 CFOs (Chief Financial Officers), and 1,085 CEOs were nominated for the Golden Leader Awards platform. The leaders of the Human Resources sector in Turkey, selected with the collective wisdom of the business world, will receive the 2024 Golden Leader Award.
On the evening of January 13th in Istanbul, the most admired 50 CHROs of Turkey received their awards.

‘Secrets of Success from Golden Leaders’ Becomes the Best-Selling Business Book
According to a statement, the book titled ‘Secrets of Success from Golden Leaders,’ which features success stories of the Golden Leader CEOs selected by the business world last year, was published in November. The 280-page book contains valuable insights on business life, and video interviews with the leaders are also included. All proceeds from the book will be donated to build computer classrooms for primary schools in the earthquake-stricken regions.
