
Ethics and Reputation Society Held Its 13th Ordinary General Assembly
TEİD#, the pioneer of ethics and compliance culture in Turkey, has entered a new term with a strong team. Aiming to establish a culture of ethical business conduct in Turkey and guiding the private sector through its work in this field, the Ethics and Reputation Society (TEİD) held its 13th Ordinary General Assembly on March 25, 2025, at the Tekfen Tower Conference Hall.
During the General Assembly, which was held with broad participation, the 2024 financial statements and audit reports were unanimously approved, and the estimated budget for 2025 was also accepted with members' approval.
New Term, New ExcitementAt TEİD’s 13th General Assembly, elections were held for the 9th Term Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. Following the assembly, the new Board of Directors convened for its first meeting and finalized the distribution of roles. Accordingly, Attorney Rana Günay Hoffman was elected as Chair of the Board; Aslı Ertekin and Attorney Kayra Üçer assumed the roles of Vice Chairs. Tuğba Doğru Barutçuoğlu was appointed as Secretary, and M. Fikret Sebilcioğlu as Treasurer.
The new Board of Directors and Supervisory Board members consist of prominent professionals who actively contribute to ethics and compliance in leading organizations across Turkey. The newly formed team aims to further advance TEİD’s pioneering mission in the fields of corporate ethics, compliance, and reputation management.
